Terms of Service

Welcome to Numora

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Numora mobile application and related services (the "App"). By accessing or using Numora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Using Numora

Numora is a free personal and split expense management app. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not responsible for any loss or damage from unauthorized access to your account.

2. Account & Authentication

Numora uses Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) provided by Google for authentication purposes.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the expense entries and other content you add to Numora. You warrant that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using Numora you agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Numora is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numora and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Numora at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Numora is operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
